Just a small detail. You do not need to explicitly give the type of a variable if the variable is initialized. For instance, you can write

ToDos = [new ToDo('bla bla'), new ToDo('another bla bla')]

and TypeScript will infer that the type of ToDos is Array<ToDo>. Type inference is one of the great plus brought by TypeScript.
